Manuela Irsara

Manuela Irsara currently serves as the Head of Food & Wellness Innovation at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige since January 2020, where expertise contributes to advancing initiatives in the wellness sector. Prior to this role, Manuela Irsara worked at IDM Südtirol from October 2008 to January 2020 as the Coordinator for the Ecosystem Health & Wellness, focusing on the development of the health and wellness cluster. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant to the Program Director at Freie Universität Bozen - Studienzweig Tourismusmanagement from October 2001 to September 2008.
