Benjamin Stetter

Benjamin Stetter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Benjamin began their career as a Working Student in software development at Astrium in 2003, followed by a similar role at secunet Security Networks AG. Benjamin then worked as a Tutor for mathematics at Technische Universität München. In 2006, they joined Altran as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2012. Following that, they worked at Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG as a Project Manager for Network Technologies from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are working at IDnow, starting as a Team Lead for Customer Success in 2018 and progressing to become the Head of Real Time Management in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Workforce Management.

Benjamin Stetter attended the Technical University of Munich from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Diplom degree in Computer Science. In 2005, they also spent a year studying Computer Science at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owlner through the Scrum Alliance in October 2017 and completed a Machine Learning course on Coursera in 2017.
