Roger Redfearn-Tyrzyk has a range of work experience in various roles. Roger joined IDnow in 2019 and held positions such as Vice President Global Gaming, Director UK/I & Global Gaming, and Country Manager UK&I. At IDnow, they were responsible for global go-to-market strategy and marketing for gaming, customer acquisition and revenue operations, product development and expansion into new markets, understanding regulatory requirements, working with channel partners, and recruitment and development of new talent. Roger played a key role in the company's growth, helping expand the UK team from 1 to over 25 employees. Prior to IDnow, they worked as a Host for IDpodcast, a Global Business Development Manager at GBG Plc, a Channel Sales Manager at Purple WiFi, a Business Development & Partner Manager at Duuzra Event Software Limited, and a Technical Consultant at Amscreen Group Ltd.

Roger Redfearn-Tyrzyk completed their Abitur with a degree in History at Gymnasium Heide-Ost from 2003 to 2013. In 2021, they pursued a Practitioner of Modern Leadership program with a focus on Organizational Leadership at TAM Akademie GmbH.
