Marit Posch

Marit Posch is the current General Manager for Germany at IDOL. Marit has over a decade of experience in the music industry, with a focus on label and publishing management, artist management, and project management. Prior to their current role, they were with InFiné Music as their Product / Release Manager for Rone's "Room With A View," and they have also held positions at NOTON and Norient. Marit is a Co-Founder of Hyper Culture and an experienced artist manager, having worked with Catnapp and Modeselektor in the past.

Marit Posch has a Graduate Artist Diploma from Hartt School of Music in Voice / Opera, a 2. Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften / Law from University of Hartford, and a 1. Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Marit also has studied French Language Studies at Université Paris Nanterre.
