Lacee Ciné

Lacee Ciné has a solid work experience with diverse roles in customer success and management positions. Lacee is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Idomoo since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Customer Success & Partnerships at TRUENORTH from April 2021 to March 2022. Before joining TRUENORTH, they held multiple roles at Talkdesk, including Manager of Customer Success and Commercial Enterprise Customer Success Manager, from January 2019 to April 2021. InMoment was their previous employer, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager for strategic and partner accounts from August 2016 to February 2019. Lacee also has experience in account management and store management roles at Verizon Wireless and The Body Shop, respectively. Lacee began their career as a Sales Associate at Jockey International, Inc.

Lacee Ciné obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Westminster University, graduating in the year 2007 after completing their education there from 2003 to 2007.
