Sophia Salmon MSc. is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in community engagement, health services, and support for at-risk populations. Currently serving as the Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator at Wood's Homes, Sophia focuses on enhancing knowledge in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In addition to roles as a Youth and Family Counsellor and Client Care Coordinator at YW Calgary, Sophia provides essential support to women facing domestic violence and homelessness. As Chief Executive Officer of Triple S Home Care Services, Sophia oversees personal care and companionship services. An Exam Invigilator for IDP Education Ltd, Sophia ensures customer satisfaction in the IELTS testing process and has previously served as a Relief Support Worker and Community Support Worker.
