Varun Fernando

Varun Fernando has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis. Varun started their career at Kavniya Technology Solutions in 2013, where they served as a Quality Analyst for one year. Varun then transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst, where they demonstrated their ability to understand client requirements and translate them into specific project objectives. Varun also played a significant role in analyzing client enhancements and proposing improved solutions. Varun stayed with Kavniya Technology Solutions until 2016.

In 2017, Varun joined IDP Education Ltd as a Business Analyst. Over the years, they quickly advanced in their career, serving as a Senior Technical Business Analyst before eventually taking on the role of Lead Business Analyst in 2022.

Varun Fernando completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from IÉSEG School of Management in the years 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Loyola College from 2009 to 2011. In addition, Varun has obtained various certifications, including Unconscious Bias, Getting Things Done, OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional, and several others, from institutions such as LinkedIn and OneTrust.
