Ali Talib

Ali Talib is a Global Human Resources Business Partner Operations at IDR since March 2023, previously holding the role of Junior HR Business Partner where advanced HR analytics reports were designed to support data-driven strategic planning for the U.S. Additionally, Ali has experience as an intern managing employee records and reviewing HR policy updates. Prior to IDR, Ali worked as a Business Development Intern at GAOTek Inc., where responsibilities included outreach to professionals, managing assigned teams, and overseeing performance tracking. Ali holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from COMSATS University Islamabad, earned between September 2018 and July 2022.
