Sania A. currently serves as a Senior Analyst for the APAC region at IDR since March 2023, specializing in sourcing vetted subject matter experts for qualitative and quantitative engagements. Previously, Sania held the position of Research Analyst at IDR, collaborating with clients from Fortune 500 companies and various sectors to conduct research projects leveraging a global network. Additional experience includes a research internship at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad and an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan. Sania A. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs from the National Defence University, Islamabad, and a High School Diploma in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Pakistan Urdu School in Bahrain.
