Donna Flux

Donna Flux has over 25 years of work experience in various engineering and scientific roles. Donna is currently serving as a Senior Engineer at IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi from 2005 to 2008 as an Engineer, specializing in design and analysis advice for the topside electromagnetic (EM) environment of military platforms. Donna utilized specialist software tools to optimize antenna performance, address safety issues, and investigate platform design problems.

Donna also held the position of Research and Development Engineer at CPI TMD Technologies Division from 2001 to 2005, focusing on travelling wave tube modelling and designing microwave amplifiers to customer specifications. Donna started their career as a Scientist at QinetiQ from 1997 to 2001.

Overall, Donna has a diverse background in engineering and scientific research, demonstrating their expertise in electromagnetic design, microwave amplifier design, and scientific analysis.

Donna Flux received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering Physics from Sheffield Hallam University. Donna attended the University from 1993 to 1997.
