Ensuring customer satisfaction, Abhijith is responsible for bridging the gap between the Development teams and the Customer Success team. He monitors daily client issues and ensures that clients receive a response in a timely manner. Abhijith keeps tabs on any unresolved issues and promptly directs them to relevant parties to provide the best support to clients.

Motivated by the aim to inspire those around him, Abhijith gives his best to his work every day and tries to bring a positive energy to the office. Abhijith was awarded the Award of Excellence in Performance and the Founder’s Award for his contributions.
