Rick McGonnigal has a strong background in building and leading sales teams. At IDT Corporation, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Accounts, where they developed a new initiative to expand the presence of the Boss Revolution portal in regional/national chains. Rick successfully built a team of five regional corporate account hunters and played a key role in increasing sales. Prior to this, Rick served as the VP of the Retail Sales Team Program at IDT Corporation, where they built a 200-strong direct sales team to gain retailer presence. Rick was responsible for converting individual retailers to sell Boss Revolution products, resulting in significant sales growth. Before their time at IDT Corporation, Rick served as the Founder/CEO of PayOne Prepaid, where they developed a national distribution agency and secured major contracts, including one with Circle K and a contract with Walmart, beating out industry incumbents.
Rick McGonnigal attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree with a focus on Operations Research & Industrial Engineering. Rick also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
