IDUG: International Db2 Users Group
Celia Gahagan has over 30 years of experience in the field of Db2 and the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of the International Db2 Users Group (IDUG) since March 2019, where Celia contributes as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors. Previously, Celia held the position of Executive Director in Mainframe Computing at Morgan Stanley from February 1990 to August 2023, leading Db2 teams and setting strategic direction for the Db2 for z/OS database platform. Celia's career began at Brooklyn Union Gas from June 1985 to February 1990 as a Programmer and Database Administrator. Celia holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Manhattan University.
