Daniel Barnes

Daniel Barnes is a skilled writer and narrative designer with extensive experience in the gaming and comic book industries. Currently serving as a Writer/Narrative Designer at ArenaNet LLC since March 2022, Daniel contributes to the Guild Wars 2 franchise, with notable projects including "Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure" and "Guild Wars 2: Janthir Wilds." Additionally, Daniel has been a Comic Book Writer for IDW Publishing, focusing on the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and works with Oni Press on projects such as "The Black Mage" and "Aggretsuko." Previous roles include contract work at ArenaNet LLC on the "End of Dragons" expansion, an AI Project Analyst at Text IQ, and various positions in customer service and the US Navy.
