Elizabeth Moran

Elizabeth Moran, SPHR-CA, serves as the People Director for IDX™ since October 2022, following a tenure as Corporate HR Director at Pegasus from July 2019 to October 2022. Prior HR roles include Senior HR Consultant and Interim HR Director at VincentBenjamin, where responsibilities included assessing corporate operations and overseeing HR during structural transitions. Elizabeth's experience also encompasses serving as Interim HR Director at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc., where a formal HR function was established, and acting as HR Consultant for various industries as an independent contractor. Other significant positions include Corporate HR Manager at The Linc Group, Sr. Human Resources Representative at SPX Process Equipment, HR Supervisor at Kroy Building Products, and HR Associate at Kaufmann's. In addition to professional experience, Elizabeth has taught courses in Psychology at The University of Akron. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
