Kara Tipple

Kara Tipple is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of People for Columbus A/S since August 2017, Kara has previously held significant positions including Co-Owner and Vice President of Human Resources Operations at NOWtech Investigators Inc. from 2013 to 2017, and Director of Human Resources at OneNeck IT Solutions (2012-2013) and Enclos Corp (2007-2012). Additionally, Kara managed human resources at Split Rock Energy from 2003 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and further education at the University of Utah.
