Prior to that, she held various positions such as Co-Founder at Juniper Creative Studio, Head of Project Management and Delivery at Healios, and Technical Operations Director at Big Sofa. Sarah also worked at 1minus1 Ltd as an Operations Director and Project Manager. She started her career at Association Services as an Administrator. Sarah attended Alton College from 2003 to 2005.
