Cazandra Zepeda

Cazandra Zepeda, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at IEA since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources and EHS, and EHS and HR Manager at Engendren, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of HR and safety functions across multiple locations. Cazandra has also held positions such as HR Manager at HN Precision, Senior Human Resources Generalist at CRV Electronics Corp, and Human Resources Generalist at New Era Logistics, providing comprehensive HR support and policy implementation. Earlier in career, Cazandra worked as a Placement Specialist/Recruiter at Parallel Employment Group and as a Marketing Intern at Pathways to College-Wisconsin Lutheran College. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Arts from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
