Fabrice Labeau

Fabrice Labeau is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as Vice-President of Administration and Finance, Professor, and Deputy Provost (Student Life and Learning) at McGill University since December 2000. With a robust tenure in IEEE leadership roles, Fabrice has held positions including President, Executive Vice-President, and Secretary across various councils, as well as the Vice President of Publications for both the IEEE Systems Council and the IEEE Consumer Technology Society. Educationally, Fabrice obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain between 1997 and 2000.
