John Montague

John Montague is a seasoned professional in engineering and technology with extensive experience in leadership roles within IEEE Region 3, where Montague has served as the Communications Committee Chair since 2016 and held various positions, including Chair of the Member Engagement and Life Cycle Committee and delegate to IEEE-USA. Montague's prior experience includes significant consultancy roles at Teradata Corporation and NCR Corporation, focusing on business requirements discovery, application design, and large data warehouse implementation across multiple industries. Montague holds an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas, a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and training as a Navy Pilot from the Naval Aviation Academy.
