Ralph R. Hogan

Ralph R. Hogan has extensive experience in the broadcasting and engineering fields, holding various leadership roles within the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society and IEEE Phoenix Section, including Immediate Past President, President, and Membership Development Chair. Additionally, Hogan served in significant positions at the Society of Broadcast Engineers, as well as founding and leading the Association of Public Radio Engineers. Experience also includes roles at NPR and Public Broadcasting Service, contributing to technical committees and emergency communications efforts. Hogan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from the University of New Orleans.
