Richard Allen

Richard Allen, CFRE, is an accomplished fundraising professional currently serving as the Director of Donor Outreach and Engagement at IEEE since July 2013. In this role, Richard leads fundraising operations at the IEEE Foundation, focusing on donor engagement and revenue diversification. Richard's previous positions within IEEE include Senior Manager of Development Operations and various roles in campaigns and annual giving. Prior experience includes Assistant Director roles at Seton Hall University and Lehigh University, along with internships in alumni relations and housing operations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, completed in 2010.
