Yong Lian

Yong Lian serves as the IEEE Division 1 Director and has held various leadership roles within IEEE, including Chair of the IEEE Ad Hoc Committee on Accelerating Partnerships with Chinese Publications and Member-at-Large of the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board. Previously, Yong was the Past President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, where leadership roles included President, President Elect, and Vice President for Publications. Yong's editorial experience includes serving as Editor-in-Chief for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part II and contributing to committees such as the IEEE Medal for Innovations in Healthcare Technology. Yong holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
