Ginni Banga

Ginni Banga currently serves as Assistant Director at the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ginni worked as a Consultant (Data Analytics) and RISE Fellow at Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation from June 2022 to January 2024. Ginni was Head of Research & Data at JMK Research & Analytics from March 2021 to May 2022 and was a Manager of Market Intelligence at Bridge to India Energy Private Limited from December 2018 to February 2021. Ginni's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant in Power & Coal at Infraline Energy between February 2011 and November 2018, where responsibilities involved maintaining comprehensive databases to support the Power & Coal sector. Ginni began a career in research as a Research Analyst at Pipal Research from 2007 to 2009 and held the position of Business Development Manager at PureTrainings Software from 2009 to 2011.
