José Ricardo Aguilar

José Ricardo Aguilar is the Head of Legal & IP at Instituto Pedro Nunes, where José Ricardo serves as a Legal Advisor and also works as the ESA Contracts Officer for ESA Space Solutions Portugal. José Ricardo is a Member of the WG Legal Experts at EARTO and a Researcher at the Space Law Research Center. In addition, José Ricardo is an Independent Expert for the European Commission and a Member of the Standing Advisory Committee on Patent Information and Documentation at the European Patent Office. With a background in Law and specialized education in various legal fields, José Ricardo also serves as an Invited Lecturer at Faculdade de Farmácia Universidade de Coimbra and has an extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law.
