Cita Hendricks

Cita Hendricks, MBA, is an experienced procurement and supply chain management professional with a strong background across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management at IEHP since November 2019, Cita oversees procurement, mailroom, and warehouse operations. Previous roles include Purchasing Manager at the City of Corona, where Cita managed procurement teams to achieve cost efficiencies, and Software Procurement Manager II at Raytheon, handling corporate procurement and supplier negotiations. Cita also worked as a Principal Supply Chain Source Specialist at Raytheon Corporate and has extensive experience from positions at Thales Raytheon Systems Company, The Boeing Company, and Jacuzzi Group Worldwide. Cita holds an MBA in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne and a B.S. in Technology and Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
