Frank has held leadership roles in various organizations, including IEHP, Alliant International University, Central California Alliance for Health, Human Longevity Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana, Healthcare Administration Association of America, North Texas Specialty Physicians, and Virginia Health Quality Center.
In their most recent role as Senior Director of Healthcare Informatics at IEHP, Frank provides strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise-wide business intelligence. Frank utilizes data science, AI, and machine learning to solve complex business problems and provide actionable insights to decision-makers. Frank oversees teams responsible for operational KPI dashboarding, data submission and quality reporting, and patient RSS for care management.
Prior to this, Frank served as the Director of Data & Analytics Services at Central California Alliance for Health, where they built and grew the data analytics department's capacity. Frank led the development of data-driven decision-making capabilities and established an enterprise data warehouse development and data governance strategy.
Frank has also worked at organizations such as Human Longevity Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana, North Texas Specialty Physicians, and Virginia Health Quality Center. In these roles, they have led teams, developed advanced analytics, conducted program evaluations, and implemented predictive modeling to support healthcare transformation and improve patient outcomes.

Frank Song, Ph.D., CPHQ, PMP, CHC, PAHM has an extensive education history. Frank holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Kansas State University and an M.A. and B.A. in Philosophy from Peking University. Additionally, they completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Epidemiology at the Kansas Health Institute and was a research fellow at Harvard University.
Furthermore, Frank has obtained several certifications throughout their career including being a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and a Certified Health Consultant from the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Frank also holds a Professional certification from the Academy for Healthcare Management.
In terms of recent education, Frank completed the High Impact Leadership program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and obtained a certificate in the same field.
