Julianne (Fry) Frandsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and program oversight. Currently serving as the Special Programs Manager at IEHP since April 2014, Julianne is responsible for managing complex programs and projects under tight deadlines. Previous roles include Process Improvement Facilitator, Compliance Auditor, and Medicare Quality Assurance Specialist at Riverside County Regional Medical Center from September 2008 to April 2014, as well as a Medication Safety Q.A. Pharmacy Technician at Arlington Prescription Pharmacy from July 1995 to October 2005, where Julianne also held the position of Lead Technician/Operations Manager. Julianne holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from California State University, Long Beach.
