Deborah H. Kim, APRN, MSN, CHEP, is a highly experienced healthcare consultant and emergency management professional with a focus on COVID-19 response. Currently serving as a Healthcare Response Consultant at IEM, Inc. and a Healthcare Surge/Community Spread Contract Tracker at the University of Utah School of Medicine, Deborah has played a crucial role in advising on alternate care sites and managing epidemiology data to control community spread.
