Kirsten Raschko currently serves as Division Manager for IEM’s Humanitarian Emergency Response Operations team, following a progressive career in humanitarian and emergency response. Prior roles at the California Department of Social Services include Incident Commander and Manager of the Rapid Response Unit, focusing on assistance for immigrants during emergencies. Kirsten's experience spans a variety of organizations, including the U.S. DOJ and the International Rescue Committee, where notable accomplishments include co-founding the Sacramento HOPE Program and providing critical support to human trafficking survivors. Kirsten holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from The London School of Economics and a BA in English from UCLA.
