Eduardo Navarrete

Eduardo Navarrete, MD has extensive work experience in emergency medicine, with a focus on leadership roles. Eduardo is currently serving as the Medical Director at Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Emergency Department Medical Director at West Suburban Medical Center starting in 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Emergency Department Medical Director at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital - DBA Loyola Health System at Gottlieb. Before that, they worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician at West Suburban Medical Center from 2011 to 2019. Additionally, they served as the Emergency Department Medical Director at Thorek Memorial Hospital from 2013 to 2016, and as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Kaiser Permanente from 2010 to 2011.

Eduardo Navarrete, MD completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis in 2001. Eduardo then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine, which they completed in 2005. Following this, they underwent an Emergency Medicine Residency program at The University Hospitals of Columbia and Cornell, from 2006 to 2010. Eduardo Navarrete, MD is also recognized as a Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
