Iain McDougall

Iain McDougall is a Senior Consultant in Sports & Entertainment at IER Pty Ltd since March 2024. Previously, Iain served as a Commercial Insights Specialist and Strategy & Innovation Executive at the AFL from November 2021 to March 2024. Prior to that, roles at Nielsen included Associate Director and Sports Analytics Lead, as well as National Client Delivery Leader and Account Manager from November 2015 to November 2021. Iain also worked as a Social Business Consultant at Ripple Effect Group Asia Pacific from June 2013 to September 2015, focusing on community management and social media strategy. An internship as a Sponsorship Account Executive took place at Willett Marketing in early 2013. Iain holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus in Marketing from Monash University, completed in 2013, and earned a Victorian Certificate of Education from Caulfield Grammar School in 2009.
