Matthew Lauletta

Matthew Lauletta is a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Project Officer for Major Projects at IER Pty Ltd since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Senior Consultant at Hall & Partners for a brief period and spent four years as a Consultant focused on Major Events at IER Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included research report preparation and data analysis. Matthew began the consulting career at mext consulting as a Consultant/Account Manager, advising clients on project materials using the "HuTrust" model. Earlier experience includes working in casual positions at HansenCX and in various roles at Coles, where Matthew developed strong organizational skills and flexibility.
