Alexander Lepiashko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and business consulting. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Operational CFO/COO at ieró Beauty™ since February 2022, Alexander is dedicated to enhancing skincare and overall well-being through innovative 5D Beauty solutions. Prior roles include Business Consultant at Beauty-Ministry LLC, Associate Vice President at Deutsche Bank, and Associate at Goldman Sachs. Alexander has also contributed to financial risk management at AIG and assurance services at BDO USA, LLP. Early career positions include operations supervision at WLW Inc. and retail association at Starboard Cruise Services. Alexander holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Pace University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Belarusian-Russian University.
