Russell Fouts

Russell Fouts has extensive experience in the security and technology systems industry, currently serving as Technical Manager for Co-Location National Accounts at IES Communications since December 2016, following multiple roles including Project Manager and Senior Project Lead. Prior to this, Russell worked at APS - Access Professional Systems, Inc. as a Senior Project Lead and Technology Systems Lead Technician from August 2014 to December 2016, and at Hartman Security as a Senior Project Manager from August 2012 to August 2014. With a background that includes ownership of TITAN Security from 2002 to 2013 and roles at ADT Fire & Security, Pechanga Resort & Casino, and Sunwest Management, Russell has developed expertise in project management, vendor negotiation, and overseeing security and fire life safety systems.
