Ermias Mebrate Mengistu

Ermias Mebrate Mengistu serves as the Director of the Africa Initiative and the Regional Sales and Business Development Director for Executive Education at IESE Business School since June 2015, where responsibilities include leading sales and business development in Africa, France, and the Netherlands. Previously, at Citi from August 2006 to May 2015, Ermias held roles such as Global Trade Services Product Manager and Vice President for Trade Finance and Services in North Africa, overseeing P&L and product management. Early career experience includes working as an IT Consultant at CGI from August 2000 to July 2004. Ermias holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and International Business Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
