Joanna Moss

Joanna Moss, MSc., PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and leadership expert with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Moss Coaching Associates Limited since 2012 and as a Partner at Broome Yasar Partnership since September 2013, Joanna is also a Co-Founder and Director of Moss Perform Limited, which specializes in providing high-level coaching to professionals in the financial and service industries. Joanna’s notable roles include being a member of the International Executive Coaching Pool at IESE Business School since 2015, and serving as Head of International Recruitment at Brunswick Group, where responsibilities included training and development across multiple international offices. Joanna’s educational background includes a master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change and Leadership from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and a BA in Joint Honours Politics and Economics from Durham University, along with various executive education programs.
