Megan Shapleigh

Megan Shapleigh serves as the Program Delivery Associate Director for International Executive Programs at IESE Business School, a role held since November 2021. With a diverse background in executive education, Megan has previously functioned as the Academic Dean at Geneva Business School, overseeing academic programs and faculty management at the Barcelona campus. Prior experiences at Esade include Associate Director of Executive Education, where contributions led to the successful launch of an award-winning online learning initiative. Additionally, notable roles in program management and content development span various educational institutions and organizations, including UNICEF and Bogner Communications. Megan's extensive education includes ongoing doctoral studies at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull and multiple degrees in areas such as innovation in education and international relations.
