Kate Sherratt has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical psychology. Kate is currently working as a Clinical Training and Content Lead at Ieso. Prior to this, they were a Senior Clinical Tutor at UCL from 2016 to 2022. Kate also served as a Board Trustee at Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow Mind from 2019 to 2022. In the past, they worked as a Clinical Psychologist at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust from 2015 to 2018. Kate has also held roles at the University of Reading, NHS Haringey, and NHS, where they gained extensive experience in clinical psychology and therapy. Additionally, Kate Sherratt served as the Chair Elect of the London and Home Counties Branch of the British Psychological Society from 2010 to 2011.

Kate Sherratt has a BA in History from UCL, obtained in 2003. Kate then completed a Grad Dip in Psychology at the University of Westminster in 2007. Kate went on to pursue a DClinPsych degree in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, which they completed in 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the same university. Kate has also obtained additional certifications, including being an Accredited CBT Therapist from the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) in 2013 and being a Clinical Psychologist certified by The Health and Care Professions Council in 2011. In 2021, they became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy from Advance HE.
