Shazna Khanom

Shazna Khanom currently serves as the Director of Clinical Strategic Partnerships at ieso, a role held since June 2023. Previously, Shazna was the Director of Mental Health Services at Connect Health from November 2021 to July 2023, and an Associate Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University from October 2017 to July 2023. Shazna also held various leadership and clinical roles at Ieso Digital Health, including UK Clinical Director and Clinical Operations Manager, and led teams in significant positions at the Cambridge North Psychological Wellbeing Service and Huntingdon IAPT. With extensive experience in cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy, Shazna's career began as a Registered Nurse at Kneesworth House Hospital, focusing on mental health and learning disabilities.
