Martin Rohde received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Paderborn University in 1993. Martin then pursued a Masters degree in the same fields at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), graduating in 1996. Martin later completed a program on Achieving Breakthrough Service at Harvard Business School.
