Michael Rektorik

Michael Rektorik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently the Director of Recruitment & Onboarding at IEX, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Peloton Interactive as a Technical Recruiting Manager from May 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Sr. Recruiting Manager at Braze from January 2016 to April 2018. Michael also served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Percolate, Inc from July 2013 to December 2015 and as the Head of Talent Acquisition at 33Across Inc. from February 2011 to July 2013. Michael's previous experience includes working as an Account Manager and Lead Recruiter at Superior Staff Resources from 2008 to 2011. Michael started their career as a Partner at San Diego Home Loans, where they provided residential borrowing solutions from 2004 to 2008.

Michael Rektorik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University.
