Tom Reina

Tom Reina has a diverse work experience in the technology and finance industry. Tom began their career at Citigroup as an Independent Consultant in software development. Tom then joined ISE Holdings, where they held multiple roles including Chief Technology Officer, Technology Development Officer, Head of Software Development, and Director of Software Development. During their time at ISE Holdings, Tom was responsible for leading development teams, building a highly productive software development team, and developing regulatory systems and market control tools. In 2016, they joined NYSE as the Head of Technology, where they successfully delivered key Options business features and transformed poorly performing groups into strong delivery teams. Most recently, Tom became the Head of Exchange Technology at IEX in 2021.

Tom Reina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey between 1984 and 1986.
