Ricardo Dias

Ricardo Dias is a Senior Vice President and Operations Senior Leader at Goldman Sachs since June 2014, previously holding the title of Senior Vice President at Citi from February 2000 to May 2014. At Citi, Ricardo managed regulatory projects including the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, CFTC SDR Reporting, and EMIR, serving in various roles such as Senior Project Manager in Strategy & Planning and Project Manager for Capital Markets. Key achievements include leading the development of a Global Derivatives Platform in Mexico and an end-to-end Derivatives Platform in Brazil, alongside critical FX-related projects. Ricardo holds an MIT Fintech Certificate in Future Commerce, an MBA in Finance and Business from Ibmec, and a BA in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
