Raul Santamaría y Santamaría is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate restructuring, strategic acquisitions, and the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Board Advisor and Director at Bergner Group since September 2021, Raul oversees global corporate restructuring efforts and licensing negotiations. Additionally, Raul has been a Board Advisor at iF returns since July 2022 and held the position of CEO and Founder at Simpati Mobile, a Mobile Virtual Network Operator in Mexico, from October 2015 to February 2024. Previous roles include COO at Brightstar Ventures and various leadership positions at CELISTICS, Esprinet Group, ARC International, and Bormioli Rocco, showcasing a strong track record in operations, commercial strategy, and market development. Raul holds a postgraduate degree from IE Business School and was educated at Universidad CEU San Pablo and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
