Desmond Yong Jin Hao's work experience includes:

- Senior Securities Dealer at iFAST Corporation Ltd. since January 2022. Desmond is responsible for executing orders for fixed income and listed securities on global exchanges, analyzing research reports and market information to generate investment ideas, and conducting presentations to financial advisers and clients. Desmond also contributes to the development and enhancement of fixed income and securities process flow.

Desmond Yong Jin Hao completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at HELP University from 2013 to 2014. Desmond then pursued a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Banking and Finance and Economics at Monash University Malaysia from 2014 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Desmond obtained a Capital Markets Services Representative License from the Securities Commission Malaysia in June 2017. More recently, in November 2020, they acquired Securities Dealer and Securities Dealer Representative certifications from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and became a Trading Representative with SGX. Additionally, in April 2016, Desmond completed the Espresso Applications, Espresso Dedications, and Espresso Foundations courses from Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters.
