Arup De has over 30 years of experience working at IFB Industries Ltd. In their current role as Manager (Business Development), they have worked in various areas including inspection, quality assurance, vendor development, production, and new business development. Previously, Arup held positions such as Deputy Manager Auto Ancillary Operations, Head of Engineering Operations, Deputy Manager of Business Development, and Assistant Manager. Arup has a focus on capacity utilization, on-time delivery, quality control, and cost reduction. Arup holds an MBA in Operations.

Arup De completed their education chronologically as follows:

From 1985 to 1985, they attended Ballygunge Govt. High School and completed their 10th standard.

From 1986 to 1987, they studied at Naktala High School, completing their Higher Secondary education.

From 1989 to 1992, Arup De attended Jnan Chandra Ghosh Polytechnic, earning a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

From 1999 to 2001, they enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University and obtained a BCA degree in Computer Science.

From 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MCA degree at Indira Gandhi National Open University, majoring in Computer Science.

From 2003 to 2006, Arup De continued their studies at Indira Gandhi National Open University and completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.

Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations.
