Ayan started their career as a Management Trainee at GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED in 2009, where they handled B2B corporate sales and marketing, market research, cold calling, branding, and sales promotion. Ayan then worked as a Marketing Executive at Thriven Marketing India Limited, where they managed marketing operations, tie-ups with educational institutes, and arranged training programs. Ayan Singha also worked as a Marketing Executive at Times Exim Pvt Ltd, Kolkata, where they handled B2B, institutional, and corporate sales of Wooden Flooring, established the brand BAREFOOT in the real estate market, created a dealer network for Wooden Flooring, and managed channel sales. Ayan then joined Kutchina Connect as a Lead, where they handled CPC, modern trade, and alternate channels. Later, Ayan Singha worked at Blue Star Limited as a Senior Executive, managing modern trade and channels. Ayan Singha completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, specializing in Administration/Marketing. Ayan attended this school from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from The ICFAI University, Tripura, from 2008 to 2010.
In terms of additional certifications, Ayan Singha obtained "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in July 2020. Ayan also received a certification in Channel Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar in November 2016.
