Kalpesh Patil

Kalpesh Patil has extensive work experience in the electrical consumer products industry. Kalpesh started their career in 2016 as a Design Engineer at Motion Metriks Components Private Limited, where they gained experience in designing BLDC motor drivers according to customer requirements. Kalpesh also had hands-on experience with PCB design using Altium and programming with Arduino and STM32. In 2018, they joined Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as an Assistant Manager, contributing to the innovation features of the brand's Induction Motor ceiling fans. In 2021, they were promoted to Associate Manager, where they took on the role of a design project manager responsible for designing and building Crompton's own BLDC platform and manufacturing line. Kalpesh worked closely with various stakeholders to develop innovative and cost-effective ceiling fans. Currently, they are the Deputy Manager-Product and Project Manager at IFB Industries Ltd, starting in 2022.

Kalpesh Patil began their education at Adarsh school in 1993 and completed it in 2008. During this time, they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. In 2009, they attended Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic College Nashik and earned a diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication. Kalpesh then moved on to the K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Kalpesh Patil obtained several certifications. In March 2023, they received a certification in Product Management from ISB Executive Education. Kalpesh also obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2023. Furthermore, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2023.
