Souravi Sinha

Souravi Sinha's work experience includes a role as Head HR (Corporate) at IFB Industries Ltd since 2019. Prior to that, they were Head HR at IFB Agro Industries Ltd from 2017 to 2019. Before joining IFB, they worked at Emami Ltd as AGM-Corporate HR from 2012 to 2016 and as Manager-HR from 2010 to 2012. Souravi also worked as an Assistant Manager-Business HR at RPG-Spencer' Retail Ltd from 2008 to 2010, as an Executive-HR at Tata Teleservices Ltd from 2005 to 2008, and as an Assistant Manager-HR at Nicco Internet Ventures Ltd from 2004 to 2005.

Souravi Sinha completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from IISWBM between the years 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc-Honours degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta from 1998 to 2001. Souravi'searlier education includes completing AISSCE from Chinmaya Vidyalaya in 1998.
